महाकुंभ नगर : Mahakumbh Nagar, February 23 : Mahakumbh, the grand festival of faith and spirituality, was transformed into a Digital Mahakumbh this year under the guidance and inspiration of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. A key highlight of this transformation is the Digital Experience Center, built-in Sector-4 of the fairgrounds.
Blending tradition with cutting-edge technology, the Digital Experience Center offers devotees an immersive experience of Sanatan Dharma’s ancient mythological tales through AI, Virtual Reality (VR), and holograms.
It especially captivated young visitors and international tourists, attracting over 3.5 lakh visitors, including President Droupadi Murmu and Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel, who praised the initiative.
The Maha Kumbh at Teerthraj Prayagraj has already witnessed over 60 crore devotees taking a dip in the holy confluence, reaffirming the unwavering faith in Sanatan culture.
The Digital Experience Center, a unique blend of devotion and modernity, brought CM Yogi’s vision to life. Over 3.5 lakh visitors experienced the grandeur of Mahakumbh through state-of-the-art digital storytelling, generating Rs 1.75 crore in revenue.
The 12-gallery Center brings Mahakumbh, Samudra Manthan, Yamuna River, and Prayag Mahatam to life through AI, VR, and holographic displays.
Inaugurating it on January 9, CM Yogi called it a bridge between heritage and technology, encouraging future generations to explore it for a deeper understanding of Sanatan culture.
With its seamless fusion of faith and futuristic innovation, the Center successfully delivers a divine and grand experience to millions of devotees, making Mahakumbh 2025 truly historic. |
