Lucknow, January 30 : On Shaheed Diwas, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the Shaheed Smarak on the banks of the Gomti River in Lucknow to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi. He also honored the valiant martyrs of the freedom struggle, lighting lamps in the river to pray for national unity and peace.

A special bhajan evening was organized on the occasion, creating a deeply devotional atmosphere. Renowned singers performed soul-stirring bhajans, including Shri Ram Chandra Kripalu Bhaj Man, Vaishnav Jan To Tene Kahiye, and Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram.

In conclusion, CM Yogi Adityanath lit a ceremonial lamp and offered prayers to Maa Gomti.
