Dehradun, 4 February: Uttarakhand is set to witness another shift in weather conditions. According to meteorologist Rohit Thapliyal, a western disturbance is becoming active, leading to the possibility of rain in the state from the night of February 3. On February 4, snowfall is expected in high-altitude Himalayan regions above 3,000 meters.

Meanwhile, lower areas may experience thunderstorms accompanied by lightning. Light rain is also likely in Dehradun, Haridwar, Pauri, Tehri, Udham Singh Nagar, and Nainital. The weather will remain unsettled on February 5 as well, but from February 6 onward, dry conditions are expected to prevail.
