Then, they should choose their state, enter their vehicle number, and click the proceed button.

Among the provided services, select the mobile number update (Aadhaar-based) option and fill in the registration number, complete chassis number, complete engine number, registration date, and the fitness/registration expiry date in the form, then click the show details button. Enter the Aadhaar number, the name as on Aadhaar, and the mobile number, click the agree checkbox, and then click the verify button to see your details. Click the mobile update button and see the success message displayed by the portal. The new mobile number will now be updated on the vehicle portal.

The Additional Transport Commissioner (IT) mentioned that the mobile number will only be updated if the Aadhaar card data matches 85 percent of the data in the vehicle registration certificate. Otherwise, the applicant will need to visit the relevant office to update it.
