August 8, 2025 | New Delhi (Desk) : Just weeks after resigning from his role as CEO of Astronomer following a viral video with the company’s former HR chief, Andy Byron is back in headlines—this time over a scandal involving the adult content platform OnlyFans.
The 50-year-old executive, who stepped down after a PDA-filled moment with HR head Kristin Cabot was caught on Coldplay’s jumbotron, is now alleged to have spent over $250,000 (approximately ₹2.2 crore) on OnlyFans subscriptions, custom videos, and explicit one-on-one video calls.
Secret Accounts and Leaked Messages
According to The Blast, Byron’s largest reported expenditure was directed at 23-year-old OnlyFans creator Sophie Rain (real name Izabella Blair). He allegedly spent $40,000 (₹35 lakh) on intimate video calls with Rain, using a secret Instagram account to arrange the meetings.
Leaked messages, reportedly shared by Byron’s wife Megan Kerrigan, include exchanges like:
Byron: “All good. Most guys I talk to are married.”
Rain: “Okay, call me in 5 mins”
While Rain declined to confirm whether Byron was indeed one of her clients, she did respond to the controversy, stating:
“Cheaters are the worst people on this planet. Coldplay did the world a favor.”
A Pattern of Spending?
The revelations don’t stop there. Camilla Araujo, a 29-year-old Brazilian model and leader of the OnlyFans collective “Bop House,” claimed that Byron’s financial involvement went well beyond a single creator.
“I saw the receipts. We’re talking a quarter million in sub fees, custom content, and video calls! Not just with Sophie—multiple girls were involved,” Araujo told The Blast.
Camilla also reportedly reached out to Byron’s wife, expressing support during what she called a “humiliating and public betrayal.”
“I told her she’s not alone. Women need to stand together when someone tries to humiliate and betray them like this, especially in such a public way.”
A Scandal Sparked by a Concert
The saga began on July 16, when Byron and Kristin Cabot, both married to other people, were caught on camera during Coldplay’s signature jumbotron segment at a London concert. Frontman Chris Martin quipped on stage, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” prompting a social media frenzy.
The viral footage led to the resignation of both Byron and Cabot from Astronomer within days.
Now, with the OnlyFans scandal unfolding in full public view, Andy Byron’s personal and professional reputation appears to be unraveling further.
Meanwhile, Sophie Rain has extended a surprising olive branch—not to Byron, but to his wife.
“As a Christian, I don’t condone this type of behavior. I’m here for his wife if she needs a friend during this time. I would love to talk to her and reassure her that this guy is just a bump in the road.”
Neither Byron nor representatives from Astronomer have issued an official statement regarding the new allegations.
