Agra, July 8, 2025 : A 22-year-old man was arrested in Agra for allegedly waving a Palestinian flag during a Muharram procession on Saturday night. The incident occurred near the Yamuna Bridge crossing and has sparked a debate about freedom of expression, public order, and religious sensitivities.

The man, identified as Aman Khan, was seen in a widely circulated video waving the Palestinian flag while walking alongside participants in the religious procession. Bystanders can be heard urging him to stop, concerned that the act might lead to communal tensions or misinterpretations of intent.
