Officials from New South Wales Police stated that Warner’s vehicle was observed approaching the testing location on Malabar Road when he reportedly parked short of the designated area. Police officers approached his vehicle and performed a roadside breath test, which indicated a positive result, leading to his arrest. Subsequent testing at the Maroubra Police Station showed Warner’s blood alcohol concentration at 0.104, well above the legal threshold. In accordance with regulations, Warner was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice mandating his appearance before the Downing Centre Local Court on May 7, 2026.
