These jalebis are naturally gluten-free, making them suitable for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. For diabetics, millets provide a lower glycemic load than refined flour, offering a slightly healthier way to enjoy jalebis. Yet, the sugar syrup used in preparation remains a concern, and diabetics are advised to consume small portions or opt for versions made with natural sweeteners.
