Her comments come amid criticism of the film over allegations that it glorifies hyper-masculinity and does not portray its female characters with enough sensitivity. Speaking on the podcast The Male Feminist, Tara said, "He is one of the most sensitive people, and genuinely, he thinks about the other person more than himself. It is rare to see such a person in our industry. He is unlike anyone I have met, and he is very considerate."
