In contrast, weather in Delhi-NCR is expected to remain largely dry, with partly cloudy skies and morning fog or haze prevailing over the next few days. On Tuesday, the national capital will experience partly cloudy conditions with mist or haze developing in the afternoon. Daytime temperatures are expected between 31°C and 33°C, while night temperatures remain mild. Light easterly winds will prevail during the day. From October 22 to 24, shallow to moderate fog and smog are likely to form in the early hours, clearing by noon to leave clear or slightly hazy skies. Maximum temperatures are predicted to hover around 32–34°C, while minimum temperatures remain slightly above normal, ranging from 18°C to 21°C. Afternoon winds are expected to be light, coming mainly from the northwest and north, with speeds generally below 10–12 kmph. The IMD has advised residents in the south to remain vigilant against waterlogging, landslides, and potential disruptions caused by heavy rainfall.
