The case stems from remarks allegedly made by Khan Sir during a controversy related to a television debate on online “star teachers.” Anjana Om Kashyap and TV Today Network have filed a civil defamation suit against Khan Sir, whose real name is Faisal Khan, before the Delhi High Court. Along with seeking legal action, they have also requested the removal of the disputed content from various social media platforms. According to the suit, the plaintiffs have sought damages amounting to ₹2 crore. The matter is scheduled to be heard by a vacation bench of the Delhi High Court headed by Justice Neena Bansal Krishna.
