Shots Fired at Ludhiana Pizza Outlet, Gang Claim Probed

The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the outlet. The footage reportedly shows the attackers entering the premises and firing three consecutive shots before escaping. Employees and customers were seen rushing out of the outlet in panic following the gunfire. Police are now examining the CCTV footage to identify the suspects and trace their whereabouts. The case took a new turn after an Instagram page named ‘Gopi Lahoria Group’ allegedly posted a message claiming responsibility for the firing. The post reportedly included threatening language aimed at the outlet, leading investigators to examine a possible gang-related angle. Following the social media post, the police cyber cell has also joined the investigation to verify whether the account is genuinely connected to a gang or was created by someone else to spread fear and falsely claim responsibility. Investigators are examining technical details linked to the account to identify the person operating it and trace its location. Police are treating both the CCTV footage and the social media post as crucial pieces of evidence. While the motive behind the firing, the identity of the attackers and the authenticity of the claimed responsibility are still under investigation, officers are working to determine whether the shooting was a targeted attack or connected to a larger case of extortion or gang rivalry.
